Your vessel
We look for a slip at least 38 ft long and 5.5 ft deep at low water. Dimensions come from the listing text — where the agent did not publish them, the slip is shown separately as “to confirm”.

Slip dimensions are read from the listing text and are deemed reliable but not guaranteed — confirm length, width and depth at mean low water before you commit. Member listings are posted by users; Adonait is not a party to the transaction.
How the boat-size filter works
Length
We look for a slip at least three feet longer than your boat overall. The dimension is read from the listing text, because the MLS has no field for it — the agent writes it in the remarks, as 60 ft dock, 60-foot dock or 60'+.
Depth and bridges
Depth only rules a slip out when it is published and falls short of your draft plus a foot and a half of tide. A bridge clearance figure is never mistaken for the dock length, and a boat over 55 feet is not offered a slip behind a fixed bridge.
What is not published
Most listings never state the slip length. Those are not hidden and not counted as matches: they appear in their own group, marked to confirm, so you can ask before you drive out to see one.
