Adonait Dock is free for boaters and it is going to stay that way. You can buy and sell, ask and answer, host a raft-up, add the sandbar you love and list your own house with a dock without paying anyone anything. The paid tiers below exist for the people who work on the water — captains, mechanics, divers, canvas shops, dock builders — who want more room, better placement and a page that sells for them.

Questions
Does it cost anything to use Adonait Dock?
No. Creating an account, posting in the marketplace, offering or requesting a service, writing in the community, hosting a meetup, adding a place and listing your waterfront home are all free, and they stay free.
What do the paid tiers add?
Skipper removes the three-listing cap, puts your listing at the top and adds a verified badge. Captain adds a business page with logo and gallery, priority placement in the services directory, direct email and WhatsApp leads, view and contact analytics, and promotion across Adonait social channels.
How does billing work?
Skipper and Captain are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and you keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for; after that the account simply returns to the free plan. Nothing else on Dock stops working.
Do you take a commission on a sale?
No. Adonait is not a party to any transaction between members and takes no cut of a boat, a slip, a service or a home sold or rented through the site.
Who can see what I post?
Everything you publish — listings, posts, meetups, places, homes and your profile — is public and indexable by search engines. Only put contact details you are comfortable making public.
Can I take a listing down?
Yes, at any time, from the listing itself when you are signed in. Closed listings stop appearing in search results.

Listings and posts are created by members — Adonait is not a party to any transaction between them.
